Squalicum is located 5 miles east of Bellingham's city center. The site is accessible year round and access is paved almost all the way to the top. Squalicum covers all major population centers in Whatcom County - Bellingham, Blaine, Everson, Ferndale, Lynden, Sumas, and Sudden Valley.

Towers & Building: 2-190' Heavy Duty Rohn towers. The building is 30' by 40' with 2 stories. This provides 2400 square feet of floor space for equipment.
All utilities are underground providing reliable AC power and wire phone lines for pots or T-1 Capabilities. We have the ability to install fiber if it is required. There is a backup generator in case of power outage.
