Lookout Mountain is the highest mountain on the ridge east of Lake Samish and south of Bellingham. This is a premier site for providing coverage from Vancouver, BC to Everett. This site covers the northern I-5 corridor better than any of our other sites: yet is only 6 miles from downtown Bellingham and around 18 miles from downtown Mount Vernon.

Lookout has underground power service and a 25 kW backup generator. Enclosure has heating and air conditioning. There is a 30 by 40 foot steel reinforced concrete building. The tower is a really big 190' 4 legged configuration designed for microwave. We have a video surveillance system in place that allows us to monitor real time conditions on site.
